In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The jita356 website, mobile site, and all associated services accessible via the jita356 domain, including the casino, sports betting, and cashier functions.
"We", "Us", "Our"	jita356 and its operators, employees, contractors, and authorised representatives responsible for managing and maintaining the Platform.
"You", "Player", "User"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the jita356 Platform, whether or not they have completed account registration.
"Account"	A registered player account on jita356, created by completing the registration process and verified in accordance with these Terms.
"Balance"	The total of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held within a player's jita356 Account at any given time.

"Real-Money Funds"	Funds deposited directly by the player via a supported payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) and credited to the Account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).
"Wagering Requirement"	The number of times a player must wager a bonus amount (or deposit + bonus amount, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that jita356 may require a player to complete before processing withdrawals or unlocking certain account features.
"Prohibited Jurisdiction"	Any country, territory, or region from which accessing or using the jita356 Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or our internal policies.
"Terms"	These Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time, together with any supplementary rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on jita356.

References to "including" or "includes" are not limiting. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

To be eligible to register and use the jita356 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your Account remains active:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of jita356 or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have not previously had an Account on jita356 suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order that would prevent you from accessing gambling services.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes, and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

jita356 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age (for example, a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence) at any time. If a player fails to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to suspend access to the Account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Players who are found to have provided false information regarding their age, identity, or location at registration will have their Account immediately and permanently suspended. Any balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — will be reviewed and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable fraud-prevention and responsible gaming obligations.

To access real-money games, place sports bets, or make deposits and withdrawals on jita356, you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on jita356. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names or contact details — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, jita356 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jita356 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted on the Platform using your Account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the jita356 support team immediately at support@jita356.

KYC Verification: jita356 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request identity verification documents at registration, before processing any withdrawal, after a player reaches a specified deposit threshold, or at any time if we have reason to review an Account. Standard KYC documents may include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (national ID card, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed. jita356 will not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing arising from a player's failure to submit required KYC documentation promptly.

Accuracy of Information: You are required to keep your registered Account details up to date at all times. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your Account information promptly. jita356 accepts no responsibility for failed communications, missed notifications, or delayed payments resulting from outdated Account information.

jita356 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:

Anti-Money Laundering: jita356 is committed to preventing the use of our Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. We may delay, hold, or refuse any withdrawal that triggers our risk-monitoring systems. In such cases, we may request additional documentation from the player before releasing funds. Players who are found to be using the jita356 Platform for money laundering purposes will have their Accounts permanently closed and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank, bKash, Nagad, or any other payment provider in respect of funds deposited to jita356 is a breach of these Terms. If a chargeback is initiated, jita356 reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, reverse any associated winnings, and pursue recovery of any negative balance through legal means.

Currency: All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, and displayed game stakes are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). jita356 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own conversion rates or fees if your linked account is denominated in a different currency.

jita356 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal campaigns. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published on the individual promotion page.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the player must wager a total of ৳30,000 on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings become cashable.

Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded from wagering entirely. The contribution rates for each game category will be published in the applicable promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse: jita356 takes bonus abuse seriously. Activities that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to:

• Registering multiple Accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other players to meet wagering requirements through matched or reversed bets.
• Using low-variance betting patterns specifically designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk while retaining bonus value.
• Providing false personal information to qualify for a promotion.

Where bonus abuse is detected, jita356 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, suspend the Account, and permanently ban the player from future promotions.

Expiry: All bonus funds and free spin awards carry an expiry period, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered or withdrawn within the specified period will be automatically removed from the Account Balance without compensation.

Promotions and Bangladesh Seasonal Campaigns: jita356 runs enhanced promotional campaigns during key seasonal periods including Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and major ICC cricket tournaments. Specific terms for each seasonal campaign will be published on the promotions page in advance. Participation in any promotion constitutes acceptance of the terms specific to that promotion.

By using the jita356 Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and to refrain from any activity that is unlawful, harmful, or disruptive to the Platform or other users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jita356:

• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate the outcome of any bet.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, game engines, or security systems.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or engage in any other criminal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or sports betting markets to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jita356 staff members or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or display malfunctions in games to gain winnings that would not otherwise have been awarded under normal operating conditions.
• Depositing funds to jita356 from a payment account that does not belong to you.

jita356 monitors Platform activity continuously for evidence of prohibited conduct. Where a breach is detected, we reserve the right to suspend the Account immediately, investigate the breach, void affected bets and bonuses, withhold pending withdrawals, and permanently close the Account. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, we may also refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Players are responsible for ensuring that their own access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. jita356 does not provide legal advice and recommends that players seek independent legal guidance if they are unsure of their local regulatory position regarding online gambling.

All content on the jita356 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, game assets, promotional materials, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of jita356 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content for any commercial or public purpose.
• Modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software.
• Sell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise transfer any rights in the Platform content to any third party.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained on or within the Platform.

Game content — including game graphics, animations, soundtracks, and mechanics — is owned by the respective game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is used by jita356 under licence. All rights in such third-party content remain with the relevant game provider.

Any unauthorised use of jita356 intellectual property may result in immediate Account suspension and may give rise to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita356, its operators, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

• Indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Technical failures, including server outages, internet connectivity disruptions, payment processing delays, or software errors that result in a game session being interrupted or a bet being voided.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's Account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in displayed odds or game results arising from technical glitches, display errors, or data feed failures, where the underlying game result or bet settlement is conducted correctly by the certified game engine or sportsbook data provider.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, telecommunications failures, or any other event outside jita356's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jita356's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

jita356 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of game outcomes displayed in real time, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond personal online entertainment.

In all cases where jita356 is found to be liable, our aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to their jita356 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jita356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting tools.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider.
• A request from the player to self-exclude under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring us to restrict the player's access.
• Prolonged Account inactivity as defined in our dormant account policy.

Voluntary Closure: Players may request to close their jita356 Account at any time by contacting the support team at support@jita356. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process any eligible real-money balance (net of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds) back to the player's verified payment method before closing the Account.

Dormant Accounts: An Account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jita356 may charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant account balances, as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. A dormant account may be reactivated at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.

Effect of Termination: Upon closure or permanent suspension of an Account for breach of these Terms, all accumulated bonus funds, free spin awards, and winnings derived from bonus play are forfeited. Real-money funds may also be withheld pending investigation where fraud or financial crime is suspected. jita356 will cooperate with any lawful authority investigation and may be required by law to retain Account data for a defined statutory period following closure.

jita356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to legal or regulatory developments, updates to Platform features, changes in payment methods, new responsible gaming obligations, or general policy improvements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, jita356 will notify registered players via email to the address associated with their Account and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Minor corrections (such as typographical fixes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision) may be made without formal notification.

Your continued use of the jita356 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 9 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at jita356/terms-conditions.

Governing Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version of these Terms and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between jita356 and the player with respect to the use of the Platform, and supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
